The first step to securing funding is building a plan for your program. Let us help you get started.
The Automate-200 SE I4.0 simulates a solid waste recycling plant, offering a qualitative leap towards Industry 4.0.
This innovative training environment not only integrates technologies used in automated processes, but also incorporates advanced 4.0 technologies such as augmented reality, IO-Link devices, artificial vision and IoT connectivity, offering a highly motivating experience for students.
Mechatronics + Industry 4.0 in a compact system
A solid waste recycling plant that allows you to advance in the configuration, programming, monitoring, and control of mechatronic processes with key Industry 4.0 technologies.
IoT connectivity, augmented reality, HMI and artificial vision
It includes a compact PC with an augmented reality server for the visualisation of process variables in real time, as well as a software application developed in Node-RED that communicates with the system via OPC-UA.
An artificial vision camera inspects the product to be recycled, and the HMI terminal manages the warehouse of the recycled parts, configures the parts to be recycled, and manages data exchange via the IO-Link communications protocol.
Mobile and ergonomic system
The system includes a mobile rolling base that allows it to be moved around the classroom. All components are accessible and the electrical control panel can be folded down.
Industrial communications and smart devices
It includes industrial communications between PLC, HMI, vision camera and solenoid valve block, as well as IO-Link devices that can be configured from the HMI.
Remote Access
Connect to the control devices through a secure VPN from the internet, facilitating remote maintenance and visualisation tasks.
