Lobaki’s new XRLift takes virtual training and workforce development to the next level! Our custom rig features real forklift controls that allow trainees to experience what it’s actually like to operate the machine. XRLift has eight training modules that ease you into the experience of forklift operation, culminating in a daunting delivery mission across a busy warehouse floor. Each module is designed in alignment with OSHA standards, and the system alerts the driver of potential errors as they happen. Each user can create their own account, and their progress is tracked and collected through our analytics system.
