Mobile Directional Control Valve Training Module (Optional Add-On)

The MF100-MDCV Mobile Directional Control Valve Module is a fully functional, industrial mobile valve assembly designed to teach how real mobile machinery, such as front-end loaders and forklifts, directs hydraulic power to cylinders and motors. Equipped with the same valve elements found in field applications, including main relief, load-check valves, cylinder port relief valves, and anti-cavitation valves, this module brings mobile hydraulics to life in the classroom. It plugs directly into any MF102-Series training simulator, allowing students to control the MF102’s cylinders and hydraulic motor using authentic mobile valve hardware.

The MF100-MDCV-TS model extends this capability with comprehensive diagnostics. Leveraging decades of research into hydraulic component leakage and wear, FPTI™ built real, wear-based leakage behaviors into the module. Students learn to perform pressure/leak testing, a field-proven, non-invasive diagnostic method that identifies spool-to-bore wear, faulty port relief valves, and anti-cavitation valve issues with pinpoint accuracy. This turns a traditionally difficult diagnostic process into a safe, fast, and structured learning experience.

Includes All Valves Found in Real Mobile Machines

The assembly includes a main pressure relief valve, load-check valves, cylinder port relief valves (line reliefs), anti-cavitation valves, two cylinder spools, and a motor spool, matching the layout of front-end loaders and forklifts.

Controls All Three MF102 Actuators

Two cylinder spools operate the MF102’s cylinders; the motor spool controls the hydraulic motor. Instructors can replicate real machine behaviors instantly.

Supports Pressure/Leak Testing (TS Only)

Students learn the safest and fastest way to field-test mobile directional valves without removing components or running the prime mover. Testing takes an average of 15 minutes and reveals leakage and wear at individual ports.

Student-Driven Troubleshooting (TS Only)

On MF102-TS models, faults activate when students select numbered switches.
On MF102-TSE models, the onboard computer introduces faults automatically.

Plug-and-Play Integration

Attaches quickly and easily to any MF102-Series simulator, same system used by all MF100 modules.
