The first step to securing funding is building a plan for your program. Let us help you get started.
The MF100-SVM Stacked Valve Module teaches one of the most notoriously difficult skills in hydraulic maintenance: diagnosing and repairing stacked sub-plate mounted valves. Used extensively in industrial and mobile equipment, stacked valves often fail internally, but very few technicians know how to test them. Most technicians simply replace the entire valve stack because they cannot pinpoint the failing module. The MF100-SVM was designed specifically to solve this high-cost industry problem.
This plug-and-play module is a fully functional, industrial-grade stacked valve assembly complete with main relief, work-port relief, flow control, and pilot-operated check valve modules. When connected to any MF102 training system, students safely assemble, adjust, disassemble, fault-test, and pressure/leak-test the stack, learning exactly how to identify leakage paths and configuration errors just like they would in real equipment. The TS model adds fault toggles that simulate wear and failure modes in real time, allowing students to troubleshoot the complete assembly in minutes rather than hours.
Teaches Troubleshooting of Real Stacked Valves — a Major Industry Skill Gap
Technicians rarely know how to troubleshoot stacked valves and often replace entire assemblies unnecessarily. This module trains the missing skillset, safely, accurately, and repeatedly.
Full Industrial-Grade Stacked Valve Assembly
The training module includes a solenoid directional valve and four stack modules:
Faultable Components for Real-Time Diagnostics (TS Model)
The MF100-SVM-TS allows instructors to fault:
Students then locate the fault using FPTI’s pressure/leak testing method.
Plug-and-Play Integration With MF102 Systems
Attaches quickly, safely, and seamlessly to any MF102 simulator; fully compatible with TSE computer-controlled faulting.
Complete Assembly, Adjustment + Disassembly Training
Students learn correct torque values, bolt-tightening sequences, O-ring identification, standardized sub-plate sizing (03–D10), and proper assembly order.
Teaches Safe Procedures for Stored-Pressure, Valve Removal + Testing
Students master OSHA-aligned safety checks before disassembling stacked valves and learn consequences of improper procedures.
Saves Companies Thousands in Misdiagnosed Components
Because misdiagnosis of stacked valves leads to expensive and unnecessary replacements, this module develops the exact skills industry needs.
