The Nida Aviation Electronics Training System supports the math, physics, chemistry, electrical, and aircraft systems elements of the EASA Part-66 Category A1 Aircraft Mechanic licence (aeroplanes turbine). Training runs on the Model 130ST trainer with computer-assisted courseware and aviation experiment card sets. Additional material is required to complete full A1 certification.

Students start with DC and AC fundamentals, basic motors, and microprocessor theory, then move into AMT general subjects, aircraft electrical systems, and aircraft electronic systems. Hands-on work uses pre-assembled circuit cards that emulate aircraft electrical and power circuits so students can measure, inspect, and isolate simple faults with standard test equipment. Category A1 privileges are limited to minor scheduled line maintenance and simple defect rectification; this package is scoped to those electrical and systems foundations, not a full B1 programme.
