Since 2001, the Techno LC Plus Series CNC router has been a legendary leader in the CNC router market. This machine was engineered to provide high quality and reliable performance, at an “LC” (Low-Cost) price, backed by superb customer service and support. With thousands of machines sold worldwide, customers have enjoyed the precision and reliability of the LC Plus Series model. 23 years later, these machines are still running daily in workshops across the US. Techno CNC Systems is proud to still be supporting these machines at no cost, even after more than two decades.
Discontinued over a decade ago, customers have continued to request the return of this legendary CNC machine after their long-term success with Techno routers. Now, equipped with the latest modern technology and features, Techno CNC Systems is excited to introduce the NEW Generation LC Plus Series, built to carry on the legacy of its predecessor. This new machine is bigger and better, featuring all-steel construction and advanced helical rack and pinion technology. Available in three sizes—4′ x 4′, 4′ x 8′, and 5′ x 10′. The machine comes standard with a 12HP Hiteco automatic tool changing spindle, 8-position tool rack, and pneumatically operated vacuum hood. In addition, it includes a 4-zone vacuum T-slot table, digital AC servo motors and drives, precision linear rails and bearings, all operated through a PC based control system.

Features
Steel Base
The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, stress relieved and precision machined, so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine. The machine weighs in at over 5,500 lbs.
Gantry
The LC Plus comes standard with a 11″ raised gantry. The gantry is constructed of tubular steel that is precision machined. This quality engineering and workmanship results in smooth precision cutting.
Spindle
The New Generation LC Plus Series machine comes standard with a 12 HP Hiteco automatic tool changer spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and ISO 30 tool holders, is fully programmable with speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with a pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.
Tooling
The New Generation LC Plus Series machine includes an 8-position tool rack in the rear of the machine. The position of this rack allows for easy loading and unloading of material from either side of the machine.
Vacuum Shroud
The New Generation LC Plus Series includes a pneumatically retractable CNC vacuum hood with a 6″ connection, thus creating a concentrated cyclonic effect resulting in efficient removal of all dust and debris.
Drive Motors
The New Generation LC Plus Series CNC Router utilizes digital AC servo drive motors and drives. These motors require no regular maintenance — therefore, reducing any maintenance downtime.
Electronics
All the electrical components are housed and wired in a doubled-doored NEMA 4 electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. All wiring is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet. In addition, the cabinet serves as a work bench for the tools required.
Pop-Up Pins
The Techno New Generation LC Plus Series Machine comes standard with 5 pop up pins. These pins allow the operator to bank the edge of the material against them precisely aligning the material to the axis of travel and always having a common origin.
Tool Calibration
Tool Calibration is used for recording tool length offsets. This is an automatic process for easy storage of tool length offsets.
Z-Zero Touch Pad
Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate “Z” zero position.
Vacuum Table
The New Generation LC Plus Series comes standard with a multi-zone, high flow vacuum pod table.
Drive Train Assembly
The Techno LC Plus Series CNC router uses precision helical gear racks on the X and Y axes. The mounting of the rack is inverted to help keep dust and debris from building up on the drive system, this assures smooth motion and long term reliability. The precision gearbox is directly coupled to the drive motor and pinion. This eliminates belt stretch inaccuracies assuring high-speed machining while the system.

The LC Plus New Generation PC based controllers offer advanced motion control algorithms, supporting various file formats like G-code, DXF, and ENG, and features such as breakpoint resume, multi-piece coordinate systems, and online G-code editing. They provide robust functionality with options for eight-gear multi-segment spindle speed, multiple workpiece modes, tool change functions, and online adjustments for feedrate. Many models also include enhanced security through combined software and hardware encryption and a focus on ease of use with USB flash drive support and simple interfaces.

Wireless MPG Handheld Controller
Techno CNC Systems’ Wireless Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) provides exceptional convenience for machine setup by allowing operators to work in close proximity to the machining area. This handheld jogging device enables smooth, precise control while moving freely around the machine, significantly improving setup efficiency and convenience. The controller features multiple jog interval settings, including step, incremental, and continuous motion modes, giving operators precise and flexible control during alignment, calibration, and positioning tasks.
