Nida’s Industrial Program pairs the Model 130ST trainer with the Model 1500 card set to teach wind and solar generation, power distribution, AC motors, process automation, instrumentation, controllers, and system integration for students who already have core electronics.
Nida Corporation offers programs in Industrial Electronics that satisfy fundamental skills to include use of the multimeter and oscilloscope. Combined with core electronics and basic troubleshooting skills, these programs provided the front-end mechatronics for all industrial programs.
The Nida Industrial Program investigates systems used to generate electricity from wind and solar energy. Generation is only part of the work: energy must also be stored or distributed to where it is needed. Industrial power applications cover AC motors, process automation, instrumentation, controllers, and integration. This is an advanced program and assumes the student already has a basic understanding of core electronics.
