The 4-Wheel Disc + Drum Brake Training System demonstrates the full functionality of a modern automotive hydraulic braking system using real OEM components in a compact, classroom-friendly setup. Students perform complete brake service procedures on disc and drum brakes, master cylinder, hydraulic system, wheel bearings, calipers, wheel cylinders, and parking brake, with realistic operation and pedal feel. Built with recycled OEM parts and new wear items, it offers an accessible, safe hands-on experience for brake inspection and repair training.

  • Troubleshooting: Features four permanent, mechanical, real-world faults (such as waved disc, out-of-spec disc, out-of-spec drum, and out-of-spec pads) to engage students in diagnosis and prove learning outcomes.
  • Certification: Helps prepare for ASE A5 Brakes test.
