The BT1212 Benchtop CNC Router is the best table top CNC machine; it is small, compact, and includes a 1 HP router, full safety enclosure, aluminum t-slot table and is driven by brushless stepper motors and drives. The controller is Techno’s ever-so-popular and easy-to-use hand-held controller. The BT 1212 is ideal for small part production, prototyping, model making, engraving, woodworking, signage and educational applications. The BT1212 is compatible with industry standard G and M codes. CONTROLLER The hand-held controller is the heart of the operational system. This hand-held controller redefines the phrase “easy-to-use”. Customers can be up and running the same day power is connected to the machine. The setup introduction manual provides information that will have users cutting parts in minutes.
SPINDLE The BT1212 series CNC router comes standard with a 6000-24000 rpm variable speed spindle.
T-SLOT The BT1212 Series Tabletop CNC router comes standard with an aluminum t-slot table surface.
LIGHT The BT1212 comes standard with an LED light, which helps illuminate the T-slot table work surface.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT Technical support, application engineering assistance, and remote diagnostics is FREE for the life of the machine via telephone, email, and remote logins.

4TH AXIS ROTARY TABLE The 4th axis rotary table on the BT 1212 Series CNC machine is designed with a 50mm 3-jaw chuck and tailstock.
BASE STAND The BT 1212 steel base stand allows the customer to easily move the CNC machine. The steel base includes a spacious storage cabinet to hold CNC accessories and more. This provides a clean and safe work station for the CNC machine tools. The heavy duty steel frame is light weight yet robust, and allows for smooth transportation of table top CNC routers.
COOLANT SYSTEM The micro-drop coolant system is ideal for use with the Techno machines. The units micro dispenser delivers a very small amount of high performance vegetable based lubricant to the cutting tool by atomizing the lubricant in a high velocity air stream. The result is higher material removal rates, improved finish, tighter tolerances, and increased productivity.
